We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands and the EU.

Shipping typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location and the provider. As a family-run business, we do our best to ship your order as soon as we receive it, usually within 1–2 business days.

All orders are shipped with track & trace for your peace of mind.

Where possible, local pick-up points are offered based on our delivery partners' services.

Returns & Refunds

Because our cacao is a natural food product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. This helps us ensure the integrity and safety of every item we deliver.

If something does arrive in poor condition, please send us a photo of the issue via our contact page.(https://www.meravigliaocacao.com/contact)

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a voucher refund that you can use on our webshop.
